One of the world's largest Professional Services business is recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Business Partnering you will be responsible for (but not limited to):Delivering an exceptional people experience and creating an environment which enables their people to thriveSitting on the leadership team of your business area, consulting and engaging with the leadership team to ensure alignment of people strategy and business strategyDelivering a commercially minded approach to support the people strategy and EVP across the businessDelivering strategic business facing support aligned to and driving the people strategyWorking with CoEs to input into strategy, tools, methodologies, frameworks and approaches to support the business growth plans and continuously improve the firm's people experienceCoaching business leaders to develop their leadership and behavioral skills in order to drive performance and value through the firm's peopleHaving a deep understanding of the business and the external market in which it operates to enable insightful business conversationsWorking closely with the People Services team to ensure strong delivery of the people strategy across the businessResponsibility for succession planning within business areaCollaborating with leadership on key change management projects and acting as a subject matter expert on people considerationsUsing strong analytics capability to provide insight into the people strategy and measuring the performance of thisAs the HR Business Partner, you will possess:Education to degree level and CIPD qualificationDemonstrable previous HR Business Partnering/strategic experience c.9+ yearsStrong technical knowledge of methods and models of all people related areas and employment lawGood people technology and tools backgroundExcellent insight and analytical skills to interpret data and make people and commercial based decisionsExcellent commercial focus to understand the client's needsProject and change management experienceIf this HR Business Partner role is of interest, please apply directly.
