This company based in Uxbridge is looking for an experienced In-house Recruiter to join their team - you would play a key role in attracting, developing and retaining top talent, ultimately helping this company achieve their mission.

Description

The key responsibilities of this In-house Recruiter include but are not limited to:

  • Partnering with Talent Management, HR and Business Leaders to evaluate the succession plans for key leadership and niche roles
  • Lead recruitment processes for select senior or niche vacancies
  • Develop creative strategies to fill talent gaps
  • Create impactful sourcing techniques
  • Build long-term relationships with both internal and external future talent
  • Positively influence and motivate leaders to invest their time to help build relationships with prospective candidates

Profile

The successful candidate for this In-house Recruiter role based in the company's Uxbridge office looks like this:

EXPERIENCE

* Proven track record as a Talent Scout/ In-house Resourcer/Recruiter or executive search consultant
* Experience delivering high quality service to senior clients
* Proven ability to quickly understand the business's talent needs and maintaining talent pipelines
* Evidence of building credibility and trust with partners, clients and candidates throughout your career
* Successfully combined different sourcing channels such as social media, congresses, events and networking to creative effective business focused sourcing strategies
* University Degree in Life Sciences, Business or equivalent
* Pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience would be preferred

SKILLS

* Highly organised
* Ability to handle multiple day to day tasks in a fast paced environment
* Creative thinker with strong problem solving skills
* Proven consultative skills
* Ability to work with key stakeholders
* Fluent in English
* Professional proficiency in the following languages is desirable: German, French, Spanish or Italian
