HR Advisor - £28,000 - Manchester - 9 month FTC
An exciting opportunity has arisen at one of Manchester's premium employers for an HR Advisor to cover a period of maternity for 9 months.
This is a great role which is incredibly varied, working in a supportive environment where you will have lots of scope to get involved with HR initiatives and projects.
*Providing advice, coaching and support to line managers on HR polices and processes
*Partnering with the line managers to manage ER matters
*Proactively identify any themes/trends which arise, undertaking analysis and developing solutions
*Continually monitor and review HR policies and processes
*Assisting with other areas of HR within the business (notably induction, recruitment, learning and development, HRIS and absence management)
Skills and Experience
*Good working knowledge of UK employment law
*Strong employee relations experience
*Professional but fun attitude
*A broad understanding and interest of other areas of HR (training, comms, recruitment)
*Good communication, influencing and relationship management skills
*Strong organisational, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills with good attention to detail
*Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to work under your own initiative
