Workday (Payroll) Implementation Specialist - £65k to £85k + Bonus & Bens - Perm - City

A dynamic and fast growing consultancy firm with offices based in City seek experienced Workday (Payroll) Implementation Specialists on a permanent basis to work with their growing client base.

My client are clearly the leader in their field and are winning business on a daily basis and need experienced Workday Specialists who are also "Workday Payroll UK Certified".

Essesntial Duties:

Identify and analyse business needs and requirements

Create and develop functional designs and specifications

Analyse gaps and complete fit gap documentation

Lead Workday implementations process from start to finish

Facilitate requirements gathering, design, tenant review and other customer facing sessions as requested

Perform testing and systems integration

Setting up and using project management processes/systems across work streams including planning of life cycle of the project, identifying key project activities and milestones

Consulting with clients on a variety of data integrity issues and leading business practices utilising Workday

Conducting product fit analysis

Engage with client project managers, defining strategies and requirements

Ensure delivery of a high quality service

Work closely with clients to resolve any issues that could impact the project and time frames

Ensure clients take advantage of the Workday system

Experience Required:

Must be Workday Payroll (UK) Certified

Must have previous/current experience of Workday or Peoplesoft

Must have payroll implementation experience

Posses strong IT knowledge including design

Strong customer service skills

Take pride in hitting deadlines and offer a stress free service

Be a strong communicator at all levels if business

Ability to coach others, develop and train

Travel 25%
