VP EMEA Payroll Manager £95k to £105k + Comp & Bens - Docklands

A leading Global Financial Services organisation currently seek an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to join their organisation and lead a team of dedicated payroll professionals.

Reporting into the VP of Finance this role will be responsible for driving and developing the team and the current international payrolls being the main point of contact for all.

Role is as follows:

Manage and motivate a team of payroll professionals

Be the subject matter expert for all EMEA payroll questions and queries

Be responsible for the end to end payroll process

Own the Vendor relationships outright making sure the service provided is in line with the terms of business that have been signed

Be the lead on all payroll related projects for strategic direction

Be the lead on all systems implementations that directly impact payroll and support where needed

Measure process performances and drive change where needed and constantly monitor

Be responsible for all succession planning and hiring

Liaise heavily with Senior Stakeholders and Senior Management within HR, Finance, Tax agencies and Legal

Lead on all year-end payroll processes

Support HRBPs to help resolve any payroll issues, irregular payments etc.

Constantly look to improve the payroll offering and challenge where necessary

Remain up to speed with all EMEA and local legislation

What's needed:

EMEA Payroll Manager exposure and experience (APAC would also be beneficial)

Team management and development of individuals

Strong technical payroll experience

Continuous process improvement

Solid relationship building skill set

Strong project management

Customer service focused
