This is a great opportunity to join a market leader in the Property and Housing sector. They are currently looking for a Temporary HR Officer to join their growing HR team ASAP, based in Hemel Hempstead.

Client Details

The client are a market leader within the Property and Housing industry. They have Head Offices based in Hemel Hempstead and are looking to grow their HR team due to increased workload.

Description

  • Assist the HR Admins with new starter process, including Right to Work, reference checks, onboarding
  • Contracts and Offer Letters
  • Help with coordinating the Recruitment process - create adverts, screen CVs, organise interviews, occasionally conduct telephone interviews
  • Assist with Employee Relations cases - note take at meetings, tend to correspondence, first point of contact for line managers
  • Assist with keeping policies and procedures up to date and communicating changes to the wider business
  • Ad hoc project work as and when required
  • Reporting

Profile

The ideal candidate will have had experience as a HR Officer, or within a HR capacity, and the ability to hit the ground running. You will be expected to handle confidential data, and you must be competent using Microsoft packages, particularly Microsoft Excel. The candidate must be immediately available or on a short notice period
