Oakleaf Partnership are currently partnering with a large international charity who are looking to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner on a permanent basis to join their team. The position will report into the HR Director and will have responsibility for a head office client group including HR, Finance and Global Affairs. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to support the development of people and organisational plans for corporate directorates and departments. You will engage and coach leaders and managers to deliver this plan, working in conjunction with HR colleagues to ensure implementation alignment.
The role will also involve managing the HR Consultant and Advisory team, ensuring high quality support and advice to managers and staff across the corporate teams and taking the lead on complex, high risk and cross cutting casework and projects as required. The successful candidate will be a senior level HR business partner, having experience in a complex matrix environment, across multiple geographical locations and managing across, cross cultural boundaries. You'll also have an in depth knowledge of Change Leadership and management, HR trends and practices, especially in the areas of employee relations and resourcing. What we require of the successful candidate: You will have a track record of successful senior business partnering in another organisationYou will have experience of planning and delivering organisation design and people changeExperience of managing complex or sensitive employee relations issuesYou will also be a chartered membership of CIPID or have equivalent experience or qualification
