This is a interim opportunity for a strong HR generalist to hit the ground running and support with volume casework along with ensuring the HR team are providing focused challenge, advice and guidance to managers in the organisation.

A large organisation based in West Yorkshire.

Description

This is a full rounded HR generalist role, with a key focus on employee relations casework along with working closely with the HR Business Partners to drive the people strategy throughout the organisation.

This is an interim role initially for 4 months with the likelihood of extension.

Profile

The ideal candidate will be available to start in the next few weeks and have a strong HR generalist background. My client is looking for someone to hit the ground running who would be able to roll their sleeves up when it comes to case work, along with having the confidence to work with stakeholders on upskilling management capability and drive the people agenda.

Previous experience from within NHS or public sector organisations would be ideal.

Job Offer

Depending on experience, this role will be on a day rate equivalent of £37,500 - £43,500 pa + free parking
