Oakleaf are working with a global pharmaceutical organisation on a 12 month Reward Analyst position. This role will report into the Associate Director of Compensation. The main focus of the role will be the global compensation research, reporting and analysis which include salary surveys, year-end salary planning, assistance with communications and other compensation related pay practices and programs. This role will additional support market pricing and job evaluation data. Key responsibilities Provides support regarding the administration of compensation programsParticipate and submit annual compensation surveysConduct job evaluations including job family reviews and market pricing with ability to develop high service levels to internal clients.Provide support regarding business unit compensation requestsSupport the year end salary planning and pay review process for equity, bonus and meritThe successful candidate will have advanced Excel skills (v look up, pivot tables etc) and be able to analyse and interpret large data sets comfortably. You will be able to understand Hay Methodology or similar relevant job evaluation and have experience in understanding salary structures and participation in Salary Survey. This is a great role for someone who is looking to develop in the compensation space.
