A Financial Services organisation, based in the City, is currently looking for a Benefits and Payroll Analyst to join their team.

Reporting into the Benefits Consultant, the analyst will assist act as first line of support to the organisation for matters relating to benefits.

Key responsibilities:

Provide first line benefit support and advice to employees;

Manage benefits data including the vendor data interface and the data required for benefits renewals

Support on UK wide annual flexible benefits enrolment cycle

Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support for the wider Reward and HR team

Process invoices for the team

Assist Payroll Consultant with monthly payroll cycle and manage payroll mailbox for employee and HR team queries;

Skills and Experience:

Comfortable working with large data sets, competent user of excel (vlookups and pivot tables as a minimum)

3 years' experience

HR systems and reporting experience required

Experience working in a benefits or reward administration capacity preferred

Ability to build strong relationships
