My client a media business are looking to hire a Recruitment Advisor on a 3 month contract that could extend due to business need.
Working in a small but busy team of 3 you will be managing around 20 live roles- following the cycle from shortlist to induction. This role is very varied and you will be coming a remit split between corporate functions and specialisms. You will be managing the resourcing needs of the business through effective attraction, selection and induction processes. A key responsibility will be to build relationships with stakeholders and work with them to meet their recruitment needs. You will be a strong sourcing specialist who can utilise multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards and referrals) in order to secure the best candidates.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and be happy to commute from Central London to South London one day/week.
