Senior HR Business Partner

My client is a world leading foundation that supports scientific impact across social, medical and science research projects. This is an exciting time to join the HR Team as a Senior HR Business Partner.

This is any exciting time to join the HR Team as they embark on their new HR strategy in line with exciting business growth! Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering you will be supporting a client group of 100 in the Investment team, one of the more crucial areas of the trust. You will own the people plan for this business area and ensure that the plan is aligned to the organisations strategic direction and values principles.

Within this role you will be working closely with the support managers and members of the Executive Leadership Team, as well as with HR subject matter specialists such as Reward, Talent Acquisition and L&D, in the delivery of strategic initiatives and plans; ensuring the people implications of each plan are fully considered. You will engage your business area and lay out clearly what their accountabilities are and what they will need to deliver to meet their operational plans. In addition you will be given the opportunity to manage strategic HR projects and organisational change within your client group and ensure that all main people interventions are well planned and well delivered.

To be successful in this role you will have a track record in delivering and supporting major organisational change projects, including the ability to conduct diagnosis, analyse findings, generate options and build commitment to solutions. You will have worked at a HR Business Partner level within a large organisation preferably within financial or professional services and have recent experience managing senior level stakeholders. You will possess strong analytical and numerical skills and be a HR expert with the confidence to coach and influence senior managers across a multi-discipline organisation. You will be a true people champion acting as a role model across your client group for HR best practise and enabling your business area to achieve their group and individual goals.

Salary: £80,000
