Your new role
You will be part of the HR Capability Centre that supports colleagues and managers in over thirty different countries. The function covers HR advice, workforce administration, payroll, benefits, compensation, talent mobility, talent acquisition and vendor management. It is a truly multi-national department with team members from over fifteen different countries.
This is a great opportunity to work in a world-class HR service centre. You will initially work as an HR Advisor, our HR foundation role, gaining valuable experience supporting our European colleagues. Later on, you will broaden your knowledge further by working in other specialities HR. You will develop your advisory and coaching skills as well as gaining a clear understanding of HR best practice.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have a degree in Human Resources or equivalent. Fluency in German, French, Spanish or Italian is highly desirable You must be confident, possess a strong customer service ethos and be able to communicate easily with people from different cultures.
