Your new company
A global, matrix organisation based in central London, are recruiting for an Associate Compensation and Benefits Director, to join their team. There are two opportunities, a 12 month FTC and a permanent position.
Your new role
You will sit in the EMEA team and look after your own business unit, with the support of two Analysts. You will take ownership of different reward projects across the EMEA region. A lot of the work in this business is around harmonisation post merger and acquisition. You will also manage the cyclical compensation and benefits activities.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Reward Manager with strong excel skills. You will have worked in large matrix organisation previously and understand the complexities. Ideally you will have EMEA experience, if not you will have worked on a number of reward projects and enjoy working on change within a business.
