NEW PERMANENT ROLE - Reward & Performance Analyst in Birmingham
Your new company
My client are a large commercial organisation who are going through a sustained period of business transformation and investment. They are now looking to recruit a permanent Reward & Performance Analyst to join the HR team based from their offices in Birmingham City Centre.
Your new role
The Reward & Performance Analyst will support the HR team with annual reward and performance activities, including pay and bonus review. The role will also deal with reward and performance based queries and ensure data integrity. Additionally the Reward & Performance Analyst will analyse pension based data and contribute to pension based projects. The post holder will also support with the analysis and assessment of reward and benefit data for any employees transferring into the organisation following TUPE programmes.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced Reward or HR Analyst who is highly numerical and has strong analytical skills. Excellent communication skills will also be vital in the role. Candidates will have advanced Excel skills and be confident using HR systems. Candidates with a strong Finance Analyst or similar background with a passion for HR may also be considered.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £29,831 to £32,367 plus excellent benefits
