We're currently working on a unique opportunity for a Senior HR Manager looking to step in to a Head of HR role. You will join a spin-off business from a renowned financial services firm based in the London office.

As Head of HR you will be joining at a time of growth and as a recently spun off business you will be leading implementation of HR initiatives, policies and procedures. Benefitting from the HR structure that is in place at the partner business, you will provide a bespoke high touch HR service to the newly formed organisation, supported by a HR Officer. The organisation are looking for someone who is able to operate in a strategic and operational role.

Your key stakeholders would include the COO, Heads of business and you would report to the General Counsel.

This role will grow with the business, and you'll need to be very hands on in managing recruitment, comp and performance reviews, employees development, reward & benefits, implementing a graduate programme, training and so on. A broad generalist role that will require you to be autonomous.

Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:

  • Have worked in a asset manager / hedge fund or boutique financial services organisation operating at Senior Manager / Head of HR level
  • Be comfortable working in a changing environment, and be experience partnering with C-level stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in broad HR generalist role
  • Degree (2:1+) and / or CIPD (preferred)
