Interim HR Advisor

My client is a market leader their field and Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with them on an interim HR Advisor role to join them during a period of growth.
Working with an established team at their office in Warwickshire with travel to their Cheshire site regularly, you will be responsible for the full range of HR including talent management, Employee Relations, people development, benefits and administration.
This is a 6 month FTC, offering approx £30-35k DOE.

The role:
Currently the team are managing a new HR system implementation project, which is why they require additional support for a 6 month period, potentially longer.
* This is a very generalist, very HANDS on HR Advisory role
* ER Management
* Coach/guide/Advise managers on policies/process
* Talent management
* Be the driving force for Performance management- - Evaluate, implement changes, drive continuous improvement in this area.
* Assistant monthly payroll

The candidate:
You must be an experience generalist Advisor, with strong skills in performance management.
This is a creative environment, lots of specialist staff, a typically introvert and creative workforce - You will be a strong communicator who can think outside the box! An IMMEDIATE START IS REQUIRED.
