Working with the Reward Director and wider Reward team. The Reward Consultant role is to support the delivery of our reward vision and strategy across the business. The role supports the People team and business operations and involves giving advice and guidance, researching best practice and the delivery of operational and project responsibilities

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
* Supporting design, management and communication of reward programs covering all aspects of pay and benefits in the business
* To define appropriate local reward processes across all aspects of reward in order to implement the global reward strategy and processes
* Responsible for the implementation and all day to day administration of reward processes and practices
* Ensure compliance with all federal and local laws governing both compensation and benefits practices
* To collaborate with colleagues in the Reward Area of Expertise to share practice, knowledge and expertise
* Prepare communication campaigns and conduct training for the People team and management
* To be fully aware of reward practices of direct and indirect competitors and market practice and share knowledge as appropriate
* Support driving colleagues engagement through a culture of incentivization and recognition


Must have:

* Minimum 5 years' experience in reward
* Experience of creating and implementing reward programs
* Very good knowledge of all aspects of reward including compensation and benefits
* Good relationship builder at the all levels within the organisation
* Adaptable and flexible
* Fluency in English
* Strong analytic skills
* Highly numerate and Advanced Excel skills - comfortable with financial data
* Experience and skills in PowerPoint

Technical / professional qualifications:

* Educated to at least first degree level (or equivalent).
