Job Details
A leading global financial services organisation is looking for a HR Business Partner (SVP) to join the HR team supporting the Technology population across EMEA.
Reporting in to the EMEA Head of HR, you will be responsible for partnering with the CTO & broader Tech business heads to manage all things HR strategy, Projects & Ops related on a HR generalist basis. You will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills and be comfortable managing a challenging client group which is going through extensive change.
You will be an accomplished HR Business Partner with a track record supporting a global Technology / IT population within another large Financial Services organisation. Degree (2:1+) and / or CIPD (preferred).
