Learning and Organisational Development Business Partner

Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with a professional on a Learning and Organisational Development Partner role. This is a part time fixed term contract role and you will be working as part of the leadership team, consulting up to Director level.
You should have significant experience in Organisational Development, combined with the desire and proven track record in leading OD and change initiatives, from ideation through to evaluation. You will ideally have experience of designing and implementing innovative and creative solutions which will help to shape and deliver corporate projects as required by the HR Director, CEO and Leadership team.
The purpose of the role is to provide a strategic organisational focus and direction for the business using a risk based approach. You will need to translate business needs into opportunities that drive the organisation and individual performance.
In addition you will embed excellent OD and HR practice and standards, increasing management capability within the business. You will work as a member of a highly experienced Business Partnering team, who genuinely want to make a difference to the culture, values and behaviours of the organisation.

About You

• You will need to be CIPD qualified or equivalent with an OD related qualification
• You must have a proven background in current trend on L&OD
• Experience of utilising different techniques including the design and delivery of training and facilitation.
• You will be experienced in terms of leading and managing OD projects
• The ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels is essential, along with managing and developing teams.
