We have an opportunity for an HR Advisor within a to join a busy HR Operations ER case work team.

As an HR Advisor you will be working as part of a team providing a first class service to managers across a diverse range of customer groups. Your role will be to effectively handle HR employer relations case work, providing employee relations advice and support, through the Helpdesk and individually managing ER cases. This role will be providing HR advice and guidance over the phone, via e-mails or face to face to line managers across groups handling low to medium level employer relations cases from grievances, disciplinary, performance, absence, misconduct to dismissal.
Were looking for a either a HR Advisor/HR Coordinator with a background of employee relations or HR. You will need to be a self starter and team player who can handle and juggle a variety of HR / ER advice.
- A commitment to customer care and continuous improvement
- Certificate in Personnel Practice or relevant experience
- Substantial experience in a junior or entry level generalist HR or similar role
Full time 37 hours per week - or possibly would consider 30 hours
8.30/9 - 5 some flexibility depending on cover of the team
25 days hol + bank
