Recruitment Advisor

Are you an agency recruiter looking to move in-house or an in-house recruiter thinking about the next step?

I am working closely with an international, high reputable oil & gas organisation in central London, in their search for a Recruitment Advisor.

This is an interim role for 12 months, paying an hourly rate of £17.

Day to day will involve being part of the Global Resourcing team, and being part of international recruitment drives. You will be part of the whole end to end process, ensuring effective communication throughout. This will allow you to immerse yourself in the organisation and become a real brand ambassador. You will also be an integral part of the compliance checks and procedures, which may be time-consuming at times but it gives you the opportunity to develop strong relationships with new starters and demonstrate attention to detail. You will also be getting involved with interviews for selected candidates and liaising with different teams in the organisation as well as liaising with agencies.

There are a lot of projects to get involved with as well, particularly international campaigns into other regions. Given the global remit of this role, additional languages are also welcome.
