HR Administrator

Temporary Human Resource Administrator role for a manufacturing company up to 3 months

Your new company

You will be working for a very successful manufactures and distributors company based in the Nottingham area.


Your new role

• Support the recruitment process through occasional interview coordination
• Production and issue of offers of employment including contracts
• Checking and processing acceptances of employment including requesting references
• Production of regular ad-hoc reports
• Escalation of cases which require HR Manager intervention e.g sickness
• Recording absence details and maintenance of absence records
• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to group and regional policies and procedures and compliance within relevant UK legislative requirements at all times
• Proactively promote the health, safety and well-being of all company employees and demonstrate and role-model legislative requirements at all times

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience of using HR systems
• Strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workloads and balance conflicting priorities
• An understanding of Employee Relations (ER) and UK employment legislation
• Experience of identifying, implementing and driving process changes
• Plenty of initiative to make to make a proactive difference from day one
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Able to demonstrate a flexible work approach
