I have partnered with a fast growing tech organisation, in their search for multiple Recruiters to join the team. These roles are both permanent and fixed term (for 11 months). This is based in Central London, and the salary bracket is £30-40,000.

Being part of a highly collaborative team, you will be tasked with candidate pipelining, talent attraction, and numerous projects - making this an incredibly exciting and varied role.

You will be specialising with the initial stages of the recruitment process, which includes a high volume of sourcing, matching profiles to role requirements, and liaising with managers about their needs. This will allow you to become an expert in the field and really understand the needs of the organisation.

With regards to projects, you will get involved with social media content, events, and EVP. This will give you the opportunity to develop your networking skills and build longlasting relationships with stakeholders.

I am looking to speak with experienced tech recruiters, either from an agency or in-house background, with at least 2 years' experience.
