I am working with a great company based in Kent who are looking for a permanent HR Advisor to join them. They are looking for a confident HR Advisor who has a strong background in Employee Relations. You need to be able to build strong relationships quickly and be able to influence stakeholders across the business.

The HR Advisor will be responsible for supporting dedicated Regions on all operational HR related matters. Whilst sitting within the central HR function, the HR Advisor will support the Regions with the full employee life cycle from recruitment and induction through to terminations, ensuring that the regional operational managers comply with employment legislation through adhering to the company's policies and practices.

The role includes but is not limited to:

Support, advise and coach the regional management teams on the people management aspects of their role, including Recruitment and Selection, Probation, Absence Management, Disciplinary, Grievance, Probation and Performance Management.

Actively participate as HR support on a case load of Employee Relations cases, supporting meetings, writing letters and collating reports. Identifying risks to the business and being proactive in providing solutions to manage the company's exposure to risk.

Acting as the HR lead in supporting the Regional TUPE activity, managing all people related aspects of TUPE transfers in and out of the business, ensuring the accuracy of data provided for due diligence, engagement and communication activities and that all correspondence is in line with TUPE legislation.

Acting as the HR lead for Change Management activity across Regional Restructures and Redundancies, providing timely and accurate advice and support to the Business Leaders.

To support the HR & Recruitment Administrators, providing guidance on issues relating to people related administration such as annual leave, right to work and other related statutory regulations and employment legislation as set by UK government.

Maintain appropriate management information for measuring and monitoring the necessary aspects of HR development and practice in areas of responsibility to provide to the Head of HR as and when required.

Provide and update on the necessary information for the Company payroll ensuring that deadlines are met, and that changes and updates are recorded accurately.

Responsible for building and maintaining effective engagement with all stakeholders including regional and operational managers.

Please note the role does include travel to London on occasion.
