HR Operations Partner
An Employee Relations focused role working in a fast paced, changing environment.
Based in Leeds with extensive travel UK wide.
A well established large outsourced business servicing well known brands across the UK.
As a HR Operations Partner you will report into a HR Manager however you will have responsibility to work autonomously across your business areas with your key stakeholders:
- Working across a client base working with stakeholders to understand the HR needs
- A proactive approach identifying trends for example absence management, performance management
- Restructure/TUPE in order to support client base
- Complex Employee Relations including dismissal, tribunals, complex ER caseload
- Coach, guide and upskill managers on ER
- Have the ability to travel as part of the role UK wide
- Have strong practising employment law knowledge
- Have previously managed TUPE, Tribunal, dismissal
- Have the ability to use own initiative and manage own diary and workload in order to meet business need
- Have excellent stakeholder management
- Salary £35,000 - £40,000k per annum
- 10% car allowance
