This is an international role based in Gibraltar, with relocation support available to either Gibraltar itself or easily commutable mainland Spain.

As Senior HR Business Partner you will provide Strategic HR Partnering to the Global Customer Services business area and its Senior Leaders to deliver the most effective people plan in alignment with Business priorities and in conjunction with HRBPs across other locations to ensure the business strategy and priorities are achieved.

In addition to Gibraltar our client has operations across the globe and you will therefore have a flexible approach to travel as your role may require.

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate experience of working within an Ulrich business partner model and within a matrix model environment. With experience of Leading and Developing a team to drive future HR talent and capability you will offer the ability to build credible relationships with business stakeholders with the conviction to make HR owned decisions and influence other decisions within the business.

Operating with resilience and tenacity you will deliver sustainable business outcomes that are both commercial and pragmatic to meet the business needs.
