We’re looking for a Leadership Development pundit with a track record for nurturing talent, helping leaders unleash their creativity and work collaboratively to optimise productivity, whilst enhancing a culture that promotes flexibility and encourages colleagues to perform at their best.

Our client is a market leader; a global player with ambitions to continue M&A activities that drive continuous organisational transformation, effectiveness and development programs, requiring leaders to be agile and experienced change agents.

It’s fast and fun here; working with smart, capable, and kind folk towards a clear strategy and purpose.  You can plug into the culture with ease to create an aligned leadership development offering; utilising your existing toolbox for content, process and methodology, combined with your eagerness to test new innovative solutions to offer a leading edge digital and physical proposition.  There’s also a broader learning agenda to get stuck into; defining and implementing a strategy that will accelerate a robust succession pipeline.

You’ll leverage data and analytics to drive decisions and to evaluate the effectiveness of development efforts.  Continuous assessment will ensure programmes are reviewed and enhanced to raise capability, improve performance, and drive high employee engagement and retention.

If you can demonstrate the above experience in a large scale, matrixed organisation that operates at pace across multiple geographies, we’d like to hear from you please.  Experience of M&A would be advantageous.  NB: This is a full time requirement.  Logistics; mobility to work in London between 3-5 days per week – averaging at 3, with the remainder from home but some flex as required.
