Role: Recruiter - Sales & Corporate Functions Industry: Technology Location: City of London Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 My client are a global leading technology company who are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their newly created team supporting their EMEA region and based in their London office. You will be part of a lean team, working on the delivery of sales, pre-sales, business development and other corporate function roles, as well as building a new recruitment strategy across multiple EMEA locations. Duties will include:Focus on attraction, selection and recruitment of high calibre and high potential candidatesManage recruitment assignments across all EMEA lines or business - principally in the UK, France, Germany across multiple professional domainsRegularly evaluate and appropriately diversify sourcing methods through Internet sites, employee referrals, search firms, on-line media etc.Establish and manage relationships with agencies, external recruitment partners and other professional organisationsUnderstand compensation structures and appropriately negotiate offers with candidatesDefine the comparators for making salary offers by ensuring equity and internal parityEstablish strong working relationships with EMEA senior leaders, hiring managers, EMEA HR and the Global Staffing team.
Requirements:Experience in sales recruiting for a global high-tech companyAdvanced sourcing capabilities, especially with social media channelsExperience conducting in-depth personal interviewsExperience negotiating with candidates and finalizing contract terms and conditionsSelf-sufficient, self-motivatedExcellent interpersonal skillsBA in a relevant field
