Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with a leading education provider on new Part Time HR Manager position.

About you
You must be a proven HR generalist (Level 5 CIPD, or equivalent) who can deliver in a standalone role - as this is a new position. You will need to be able to deliver the full HR spectrum of HR. You will be expected to consider the bigger picture and develop strategy for HR, as a growth plan is underway. A strong focus on Talent Management will be required to support this growth, and transformation will be one of the key topics as a new company culture needs to be embedded. Give the scope of the role our client is looking for an individual who manages changes effectively and is willing to challenge the status quo.

About the role
A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join this dynamic social organisation based in North West London. This is a part-time stand-alone role which will involve sole responsibility for the entire HR Function including the recruitment of staff, policies and procedures and alignment with good HR practice. This is an ideal role for an experienced HR Manager looking for a part-time position with flexibility.

As HR Manager you will:
·Be a member of the senior management team, you will work with colleagues to implement a new organisational-wide strategic vision
·Manage employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy
·Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes
·Administer payroll and payroll records and keep accounts appraised of any changes
·Own the management of the internal HR system or similar and ensure that users can use the system
·Keep informed of all legislative changes, determine impact on the organisation and implement as required
·Manage company benefits - pension, private health care, income protection, etc.
·Support the recruitment process - this may include supporting staff members in writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms etc.
·Carry out new starter inductions and manage leaver process
·Manage talent and succession planning
·Taking ownership of internal communications - ensuring that they are embedded into staff practice and understanding

Salary and Benefits
·Salary is £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (FTE)
