Senior Occupational Health Advisor

Summary:
We are recruiting for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join our client on a full-time, permanent basis in South Yorkshire.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Great benefits
Hours: 37 Hours per Week

Duties include:

• Strategic development of the OH delivery to meet requirements in line with best practice.
• Line management responsibility for a small team of OHA's providing leadership, coaching, mentoring and clinical supervision/governance.
• Development, implementation and maintenance of a robust audit process to ensure advice provided is consistent, complies with confidentiality requirements and codes of professional practice
• Advice and support for HR/managers regarding services and the management of specific cases.
