HR Business PartnerData and Insights Consultancy£50,000 - £55,000Central London An exciting permanent opportunity has arisen within an international data and insights business based in Central London. Due to some movement within the team, they are looking for a driven HR Business Partner to join them to look after the EMEA population. The purpose of the role is to help optimise the performance of the business. You will be a key member of the leadership team in the EMEA business, responsible for the delivery of the end to end HR strategy. Duties will include but are not limited to: Proactive strategic support; implementing HR processes, organisational design work, creating strategic business , talent managementChampioning and driving approach to individual and team performanceOwn L+D initiatives for EMEA to build employee capability and provide career development opportunitiesUse data to enable better decision making across talent and HRPeople manage team of 2Facilitate and support hiring managers with recruitment ensuring the process is as streamline and effective as possibleOversee policy development for the client group ensuring the business is compliant, competitive and distinctive Key skills/experience: Previous business partnering experienceIdeally EMEA exposureExperience of people managementEnjoy working autonomouslyUnderstanding of a fast-paced, fast-growth businessA flexible and collaborative approachExperience managing complex employee relations casesWell organised, and a "can-do" attitude
