Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a well established public sector client on their search for a HR Adviser - Diversity & Inclusion to join their site in St Pancras on a Permanent basis.
My client is looking for a HR professional who has had experience with Employee Relations, Diversity and Inclusion projects and is great at building relationships with the ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst balancing competing priorities.
You will have a strong understanding of championing Equality & Diversity.

The business is looking for a driven individual to contribute to the on-going development of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives as well as day to day HR. You will be working with, and directly supporting the Senior HR Advisor.
This role will focus on introducing and promoting initiatives which foster a high performance diverse culture, where learning, continuous improvement and innovation are the norm.
Role Responsibilities:
·Advice and guide staff at all levels on a wide range of HR topics
·Supporting the SNR HR Advisor in reviewing and developing D&I policies, guides and hand books.
·Advising in the investigation of disciplinary and grievance cases
·Delivering diversity actions in line with the business strategy and monitoring and reporting on the progress
·Assisting in the management of change and OD projects
·Support Head Of HR on continuous improvement initiatives
