Interim Tech Recruiter- London Based- Travel to Belfast

Tech Recruiter- Interim 6 Months- Belfast Client Group- Based in London

This is a 6 month interim contract Paternity cover. The role is to manage the full 360 recruitment cycle of all roles based in Belfast. Belfast is the Technology Hub for a global Investment Bank with circa 250 people in a relaxed open plan office.

The role ideally will be based in Belfast, however it is feasible for somebody to be based remotely from the London office with frequent travel to the Belfast office (every 3 weeks perhaps) The role will report to the Head of International Recruitment, based in London. This is to look after both permanent and contract recruiting, of all level hires within the Technology Centre including developers, engineers, infrastructure, and information security across a diverse range of tech stacks. The role requires a strong Tech Recruiter with a deep understanding of technology market, ideally a minimum of 3 years' experience to enable you to build credibility with the stakeholders. Direct sourcing is also a focus, with the aim to find the best talent in the market following a successful reduction of agency spending in the last few years.

The stakeholders are quite demanding and do expect a high touch and consultative service, the roles are very technical and the markets can be tricky. The role also requires operational and transactional recruitment, you must be able to do hands on end to end recruiting, and be comfortable sourcing using LinkedIn, databases etc. our recruiting lifecycle is sourcing to on boarding and is quite process driven. Workday is the internal ATS.

This role will suit an efficient, knowledgeable and experienced Technology Recruiter who has the ability to influence and advice, organise and use strong sourcing skills to deliver.
