Head of HR EMEA
Oakleaf Partnership are looking to hire a Head of HR EMEA for US headquartered financial services business in the heart of the city. The role is based in London, but covers a number international offices and works closely with US Head quarters so the successful person will have to have global HR experience gained within a Financial Services environment. The successful candidate needs to work proactively and demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities to be able to lead a high performing team. You will deliver business growth and support a new global business strategy. You will need to be able to challenge the norm, give advice on best practice and deliver results which best suit the needs of the business. Gravitas and strong business/commercial acumen will be essential attributes for this person. Ideal Candidate: This individual will be expected to have prior experience of working in a Financial Services environment and have experience working within a matrixed US headquartered organisation. Strong technical HR skills are essential.
