Page Personnel are working with a leading organisation within the travel and leisure sector in Bradford who are actively seeking a HR Administrator to join their HR function on a temporary to permanent basis

This is an initial temporary role of between 4-8 weeks with a view to become permanent

Page Personnel are working with a leading organisation within the travel and leisure sector in Bradford who are actively seeking a HR Administrator to join their HR function on a temporary to permanent basis

Description

In a busy and varied HR Administrator role based in Bradford, roles and responsibilities are to include, however are not limited to:

Prepare contracts of employment, offer letters and new starter packs for all new employees to the business and process the documents when completed, signed and returned to the HR department by the employee

Create personnel files for all new employees, including a blue HR folder and e-file and ensuring they are kept up to date at all times

Advise managers when any new starters trigger their probationary periods, process the completed forms and to write to the employee on completion of their probationary period with the outcome

Support the Head of HR and HR, Payroll and Business Support Manager with the preparation and delivery of Company inductions and exit interviews

Assist in day to day queries from employees and managers (annual leave, sickness absence, pensions queries etc)

Profile

  • Previous experience in a HR-based role preferred
  • Excellent administrative ability
  • Ability to build stakeholder relationships with multiple business stakeholders
  • Availability to start immediately

Job Offer
