Senior HR Business Partner
Senior HR Business Partner required for an organisation based in Berkshire. Supporting a defined client group within a matrix organisation you will be involved in a major organisational change programme, defining new operating structures and supporting a Head of HR in delivering change. This is not a day to day standard BP role. Some key accountabilities will include:

The successful candidate will be an existing HR Business Partner with a highly commercial background, ideally having operated in a business in a "non" HR role, operationally or strategically. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate strategic content into realistic operational change initiatives, you will enjoy working in an immensely fast paced and changing business. Your cutting edge HR knowledge and ability to drive change will be highly evident. The is a fantastic opportunity to enter into this role and progress within 18 months into a "Head of" position.
