Senior HR Advisor
Were seeking an experienced HR professional to provide a comprehensive Employer relations support to managers
We have an opportunity to join a busy and collaborative HR Operations team providing a professional employer relations advice and guidance to managers across a range of complex areas.
- Your role will be to handle a complex ER case load providing advice to managers on best practice, policy guidance and support.
- You will be handling a wide variety of complex ER across disciplinary, grievance, capability, ill health performance and dismissal ensuring that employment decisions have regard to the needs of the organisation and the employee concerned and take account of legislative requirements and good employment practice.
- Persuade and influence managers to pursue courses of action in relation to people issues which are in accordance with good employment practice, have regard to the needs of the organisation and the employee concerned and which minimise employee relations difficulties and potential ET claims
You will need to be an experienced HR professional with strengths in handling a variety of complex employer relations cases ideally within larger, unionised environments.
Experience of Employer Relations cases from start to finish and potentially up to tribunal level
We are looking for people with relevant experience and expertise who have a strong customer focus, energy and a pragmatic approach to solving problems. You will also have a good grounding in employment law and best practice. You will be a highly effective communicator and demonstrate your impact by delivering through excellence.
