A famous professional services firm is now looking to hire a Reward Manager to join their London office and support the their global office network. This senior level role would be ideal for a compensation specialist looking to remain in a pure reward role, whilst building out their jurisdictional remit and possibly positioning for senior manager/Director level growth. The role will offer an interesting spread of both strategic and operational support, helping to evolve the firm's reward philosophy whilst providing a high-touch service to the stakeholders. As a result the firm is looking to meet candidates with a solid background in reward, hopefully one that has at least an EMEA remit and one that includes both an operational and strategic delivery. Essential is experience of WTW benchmarking, job grading and being the reward SME within a smaller P&R team. The firm are fully open on industry sector.
