Interim Recruitment, HR Operations & Projects Manager
My client, a fast paced and high growth US technology business, is seeking an interim Recruitment & HR Operations Manager.
Reporting to the EMEA HR Director, you will lead a team of 6 who are responsible for all hiring across EMEA. On an individual level you will handle exec hiring across the region and liaise closely with the SLT in both EMEA and the US. The successful candidate will also lead on a myriad of broader HR operations as well as work closely with the EMEA HRD on driving key projects across the business.
You will be at ease with project management, process improvement and, whilst experience of working in a tech organisation is beneficial, it's not essential. The business is growing rapidly and, as such, require someone comfortable working in an extremely agile and chaotic business but ideally who has previously worked within a global, matrix environment and can understand the journey they're on.
This is a maternity cover contract and we require someone to start between mid-July and early August on an initial 12 month contract although this could extend slightly with handover periods.
