A global Private Equity firm are looking to hire a high calibre HR Manager as a result of the organisations continued growth and international expansion.
Reporting in the Head of HR, you will operate as a trusted business partner supporting a senior management population providing tactical and operational HR generalist expertise across talent management and engagement, performance management, change management, employee relations and resourcing. Working collaboratively with the Head of HR, you'll also be responsible for HR projects, with key strategic business objectives improving the talent agenda as well as global mobility.
This role demands a confident and self-sufficient HR Manager with proven commercial generalist HR experience and a track record of delivery within financial services. It will suit someone who enjoys an end-to-end generalist HR role supporting all areas of the business.
Agile to change and pragmatic, you'll be a collaborative team player and be comfortable working in a high pressure, fast paced environment where identifying needs, providing solutions and adding value is a prerequisite.
