Employee Relations Manager
Our client is a multi national business with extensive coverage across the UK. As part of the HR Shared Service team they are now looking for an Employee Relations Manager to head up a small team of ER Advisers giving first line advice and managing processes for the wider business.
Ideally you will have 5 years experience or more in HR or legal capacity and have prior experience of managing a team. This is a high volume environment and the ability to handle pressure and have a real eye for detail is a must. You will need to build relationships with people at all levels within the business and maintain a pragmatic approach to managing risk.
