Employee Relations Advisor (FTC 12 months)
Our client is a multi national business with extensive coverage across the UK. As part of the HR Shared Service team they are looking to recruit an Employee Relations Advisor to cover a period of maternity. The role is responsible for delivering high quality, consistent and compliant Employee Relations advice by supporting and guiding line managers and employees through the process of disciplinary, grievance and absence.
You will need a minimum of 2 years in a HR Advisory or administration role and have knowledge of relevant employment legislation. The ability to manage internal stakeholders effectively is very important as if attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. This is an excellent opportunity to improve and grow you Advisory skills within a complex and challenging business.
