This HR Advisor role, based near West Drayton, is a generalist position in the HR tean for a leading pharmaceutical company.
Client Details
This pharmaceutical company is one of the global leaders in its field and they are looking for a passionate and driven HR professional to join their team on a professional basis.
Description
The key responsibilities of this HR Advisor involve, but are not limited to the following:
HR Administration
Implementation and development of the Company's HR policies and procedures
Keeping up to date will all applicable employment law regulations to ensure the company remains compliant
Fully understanding GDPR and ensuring new starters are aware of the regulations
Supporting Line Managers in regards to the recruitment process, including screening candidates
Coordination of staff training programmes, including sourcing suitable training providers, booking courses relevant courses for all levels of staff and maintaining staff training records
Coordination of staff appraisals to track performance and identify training opportunities
Instigating best-practice guidance to Line Managers, to assist with staffing issues such as sickness/absence, disciplinaries and performance management
Ad-hoc HR duties
Profile
The successful HR Advisor needs to have previous experience in HR within the UK market (non negotiable). As well as this, they need the following:
SKILLS
Approachable, with the ability to work with key stakeholders
Organised and able to prioritise multiple work loads
Enthusiastic person who can motivate and positively influence employees
Excellent interpersonal skills
Keen attention to detail
Natural problem solver
Speak a second language fluently (any European or Scandinavian language as preference)
EXPERIENCE
CIPD qualified or degree in Human Resources
Minimum 3 years HR experience
Implemented an ATS in a previous role (desirable)
Used SAP or an equivalent
Intermediate Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and v-look ups)
