The idea behind this role of Recruitment Administrator is that you ensure all administrative HR and Recruitment tasks are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.

The key responsibilities of this Recruitment Administrator are focused around your strong organisation and administration skills. You can expect to do the following tasks:

  • Lead the end to end recruitment process, to include shortlisting candidates, supporting hiring managers with interviews as well as on-boarding
  • File HR information in both physical and electronic formats
  • Add information to HR databases and spreadsheets
  • Provide a weekly work report to the HR Manager
  • Manage HR telephone and email queries
  • Assist in training administration
  • Assist in internal audits
  • Take control of daily HR activity, such as holidays and absences
  • Draft documentation including: salary review letters, offer letters, contracts and resignation acceptance letters
  • Take Disciplinary and Grievance meeting minutes
  • Profile
