Junior HR Business Partner

We have a brand-new client, a specialist consultancy that has evolved from grassroots. They have now established a global presence, with major hubs in Asia, Africa, North America and Europe. We are delighted to be recruiting exclusively for a newly created, Junior HR Business Partner role in their London office.

Reporting into the Global Head of HR, this role will advise and partner with leaders across the business and will see you take ownership of client groups in the United Kingdom and North America. This role has a global remit and is focussed on the attraction, engagement and development of their people in these regions and will see you take the lead on global HR projects such as: managing the firmwide graduate program, talent and leadership development and rolling out the annual engagement survey. You will also be responsible for the delivery of operational activities across employee relations, performance management and talent acquisition.

You will have the leadership of an outstanding Head of HR who will challenge, stretch and elevate your development. More so, you will be able to play a key role in the strategic direction of the business and their people agenda. The structure of the organisation is flat, which means your role is incredibly broad and comes with a great deal of autonomy and flexibility.

This role is permanent, full time but we are open to candidates who would like to work 4 days per week. They are an expanding and dynamic business and as such, they offer a range of agile and flexible working options. With full remote access, you will have the opportunity to work from home on a regular basis. More so, this is actually encouraged! Their offices are based in the heart of Central London and the culture of the office is vibrant and sociable.

This role would be an excellent next step for a capable Senior HR Advisor who is looking to take on their next challenge, looking after international client groups and global projects. This role will see you building strong relationships with a diverse group of people, including Partners and those in senior leadership positions - so your strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills will come in handy. This role will be working across multiple geographies, time zones and in a global matrix environment. This role is very client facing and as such, you will be travelling frequently to their global offices. It is expected that you will travel at least 6 times throughout the year to overseas offices (and don't sweat - all the associated costs will be covered).

We aren't necessarily looking for candidates who have done this all before, but more so looking for capable HR professionals who are ready to take on this challenge. You will ideally need to bring at least 3-4 years generalist HR experience and a solid grounding in employee relations will be highly regarded. If you have worked on projects and have some experience in talent acquisition, even better!

The salary on offer is £50,000-55,000 + 20% bonus + benefits. These roles don't come around often so if you are interested, please apply today!
