Job Details
Role: HR TUPE Specialist
Location: Birmingham with come travel across sites in North West, North East, East & West Midlands
Salary: £40,000-45,000
Contract: 6 months FTC
An opportunity has come up for a HR TUPE Specialist to support a TUPE project alongside a Senior HR Business Partner. This is a specialist role, which will include both TUPE in & out for a large service provider.
Background
Experiencing in supporting TUPE (both in and out)
Ability to 'hit the ground running'
Experience in working in a fast-paced environment
Able to demonstrate their ability to work autonomously
Comfortable working under ambiguity and be able to problem solve
Great attention to detail
Strong passion for working in HR and enthusiastic
