Description

About the role…

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working on behalf of my client, taking calls from their customers providing:

Email support,

Live Chat with customers,

Phone interaction with customers

Complaint Handling

You will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls, speaking to new and existing customers.

My client aims for all customers to have a great experience; you will support the customer with their query, with the aim of fixing that issue the first time.

Profile

What you will need...

Ideally, you will a background in customer service and will have a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and be motivated to go the extra mile for every customer contact.

This role would suit someone confident and happy working in a call centre who enjoys speaking to customers, building rapport with them and solving issues.

Job Offer

Salary £16,000 - £19,000
