Your new company
This role is for a newly established team within Financial Services that are looking for a rolling interim resource to come and support their Recruiter based in Germany, whilst they recruit on a longer term basis. They are looking for somebody to come in with a background within IT recruitment within financial services, and the roles you will be recruiting for will include roles such as: Data Analysts, DevOps Managers, Architects, Quant Devs Managers etc
What you'll need to succeed
You will need circa 6+ years of recruitment experience, ideally a mixture of both agency and internal, during which you have been operating within the Financial Services space and focusing on IT roles. You will be able to come in and hit the ground running as the sole recruiter for this team within the UK
