Your new role
You will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing resourcing strategies across all four companies to facilitate the delivery of the organisations aims, objectives and core values by acting as the subject matter expert in relation to resourcing matters and attracting, sourcing and selecting the best talent in partnership with the business and external agencies, whilst managing the end to end recruitment process. You will drive the organisation towards Employer of Choice status by implementing an effective resourcing strategy, to include the development of a brand strategy and the creation of an excellent candidate experience which will attract high calibre talented individuals, continually developing resourcing practices in line with organisation priorities and implementing innovations which impact resourcing more widely. In addition, you will be responsible for providing guidance to the Resourcing team, and supporting their growth, while ensuring they deliver on business as usual recruitment activity and unique recruitment projects thus enabling the team and organisation in the achievement of business objectives You will need to manage key stakeholder relationships, deputising in the absence of the HR Manager, in relation to items connected with recruitment and selection.
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires a minimum of 2 years experience managing a resourcing team and a minimum of 5 years experience of fast-paced, high volume end-to-end recruitment in a large multi-site role. You will need to be degree educated and either have or be willing to work towards a CIPD qualification. You will be skilled in pipeline management and candidate attraction,engagement and screening with strong media management.
